Pattern: Hourglass Sweater, Last Minute Knitted Gifts I don't know what I love more, the sweater or the wall Yarn: Noro Cash Iroha from Webs (I have no idea how many skeins). Knitting with Cash Iroha was a bit "eh" for me. Sure it's soft, but the silk content eliminates all flex and the weight ranges from fingering to chunky in places. Wearing Cash Iroha? Totally different story. I still haven't blocked this sweater because I can't bear to think of it wet and unwearable for a few days. NUMBER OF... ... inches knit on Hourglass - 15 I'm up to the armpits. Ahh, what a lovely place to be. ... movies watched this weekend - 3 ( Blood Diamond, Stranger than Fiction, Casino Royal ) I recommend all, particularly the first two. I kind of started and finished a sweater project without one post to the blog. Rounds of stockinette just seem to fly by, I guess. Because the sky is gray today (we're getting a noreaster! wha??) and I'm without the energy to coax some decent shots from my camera, here's a sneak peak and a promise of more photos to come. Can you guess what it is? Let's just say it shares a name with one of the most used words in my lexicon and is New England's version of "hella" or just plain "really."
